Veteran-Owned · AI Consulting and Custom Implementation

We build AI into the work your team already does.

Bring us one workflow that is slow, manual, or hard to scale. Senior engineers determine whether AI fits, build it into the systems you already run, even fully offline, and stand behind it in production.

Why an AI firm is named after a rifle

02 · Start with one workflow

One expensive workflow is enough to start.

You do not need an AI roadmap or a finished requirement. Bring the work that is slow, repetitive, document-heavy, or trapped between systems. We will determine what should be automated, what must stay human, and what is not worth building.

Operating companies

Improve the operation you already run.

We assess a real workflow, integrate with the software already in place, and build a production system your team can own.

Agencies and prime contractors

Team with us or contract directly today.

Secure and offline AI integration, RFI and RFQ response, and subcontract support are available now. SAM.gov is active for all award types; SDVOSB set-asides open when SBA VetCert issues.

03 · What Longrifle does

The right first build removes a bottleneck your team already feels.

Longrifle sells the build, not a platform and not a strategy exercise. We assess the work, connect the systems, build the controls, deploy the system, and sustain it in production. Every turning point had its crew. For this one, it's us.

Who we serve

Professional & member organizations

Client intake, document review, knowledge access, and member response work that should move before an expert sits down.

Operational & regulated businesses

Field reports, exceptions, claims, vendor documents, and compliance work crossing teams or systems. We build around the approval chain.

Agencies, boards & municipalities

Backlogs on statutory clocks, constituent response, and data that cannot leave the building. We build to the security posture first.

Follow one piece of work

Watch weeks become a day

Pick the work your team handles. Top line: your process today. Bottom line: the same work after the build. Same team, same approvals. The machine does everything in between.

Illustrative timelines, not a case study. The arithmetic is real: a year holds 8,760 hours and business hours cover 2,080. The system works the other 6,680.

Same staff. Same rules. Different physics.

The Longrifle Rules
01

Senior builders only. Everyone on the engagement ships code.

02

Runs on your infrastructure, fully offline if the data demands it.

03

A human approves every consequential call.

04

An audit trail on every step, by default.

05

Your data never trains anyone's models.

06

Built to hand over, never to lock in.

04 · How engagements start

You bring the problem. We take it from there.

You don't need a finished AI requirement. We turn operational problems into scoped, buildable systems, from first conversation through deployment and sustainment.

  1. 01

    Consultation

Start with the problem, not a spec. One conversation scopes it.

  2. 02

    Workflow and systems assessment

We map the workflow, the data, the systems, and the constraints.

  3. 03

    AI fit / no-fit recommendation

A straight answer on where AI helps and where it does not.

  4. 04

    Solution architecture

A scoped, buildable design around your infrastructure and security requirements.

  5. 05

    Secure integration

Engineered into the software and environments you already run, including fully offline.

  6. 06

    Deployment and sustainment

Shipped to production and kept sharp, with an audit trail on every step.

05 · Case studies

We've run this play before.

Before Longrifle, founder Miguel Franco built these exact systems in enterprise production: redaction engines, document and image translation pipelines, litigation data extraction, and agent orchestration on private, locally deployed models. Together they processed 100,000+ documents, entirely inside the client's own walls. Three builds from that record:

Financial services · Document processing

Banking documents, onshore in a day

The problem · The old pipeline sent sensitive banking documents overseas for cheap manual processing: weeks of turnaround, financial data leaving the country.

The build · A production system that reads, structures, and routes the same files inside the client's own environment, with human review on the calls that matter.

Weeks → one day · Offshore → onshore · Higher accuracy

Legal · Data extraction

Litigation files into structured data

The problem · Case-critical facts buried in dense litigation documents, surfaced only by slow manual review.

The build · Extraction pipelines that turn litigation files into structured, reviewable records, checked by a human before anything is relied on.

Enterprise production · Human-verified · Client environment

Enterprise · Private AI

Agent orchestration on fully local models

The problem · Data that could not leave the building, inside an operation that still needed modern AI.

The build · Locally deployed models with agent orchestration, running entirely on infrastructure the client controls.

Fully local models · Client-owned infrastructure · In production

06 · The founder
Portrait of Miguel Franco, founder of Longrifle AI

The founder

Longrifle AI was founded by Miguel Franco, an AI software developer and U.S. Army veteran. He built production AI and automation systems for enterprise environments, founded RFP Analyzer, an AI platform for analyzing government solicitations, and spent seven years building Healthy Substance, a Chicago restaurant ranked #57 on Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S.

07 · The model

Structure decides outcomes

Longrifle fields senior engineers only, builds on infrastructure you own, and hands over keys, not licenses. Nothing to subscribe to, nothing that locks you in. Every row below is a choice we made on purpose.

Who you talk to

Typical · Account managers relaying your requirements to a delivery team you never meet.

Longrifle · The engineers building your system are in the room from day one.

What you buy

Typical · A platform your operation must adapt to, priced to keep you dependent.

Longrifle · Systems built around your operation, on infrastructure you own outright.

Mission fluency

Typical · Learning the federal space on your contract, at your expense.

Longrifle · Veteran-led. We speak the mission, the chain of accountability, and the compliance language natively.

Team structure

Typical · Pyramids of junior staff billed at senior rates.

Longrifle · Senior builders only. Every person on the contract ships code.

Security posture

Typical · Hardening bolted on before the audit.

Longrifle · Architected for private, even fully offline deployment from the first line of code.

Procurement path

Typical · Full and open competition, long acquisition timelines.

Longrifle · SDVOSB certification pending, unlocking set-aside and sole-source paths that shorten your route to award.

08 · What we deliver

10 · FAQ

Straight answers

What does “applied AI integration” actually mean?

AI built into the systems you already run instead of another platform to buy. We assess your workflows, find where AI genuinely helps, then build and maintain the system on your infrastructure: language models, machine vision, or agent automation.

Do we need to know what we want before we call?

No. Most clients arrive with a problem, not a spec. The assessment ends in a written recommendation: where AI fits, where it doesn't, what to build first. If AI is the wrong answer, we say so.

Can systems run offline or in air-gapped environments?

Yes. When data can't leave the building, we deploy local models on infrastructure you own. Cloud, hybrid, or fully disconnected: the architecture follows your security posture from the first line of code.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data stays in your environment and never trains anyone's models, including ours.

Does this website store inquiry data?

No. Longrifle does not maintain a website inquiry database. The booking link opens Cal.com, and the structured intake creates an email in your own mail app. Nothing entered into the intake is submitted to or retained by this website.

Who actually builds the system?

Senior engineers, led by the founder. No handoff to a delivery team you've never met: the people in the first meeting ship the code.

Can we see a demo?

There's no product to demo, by design. Every system is custom-built inside the client's environment and stays there. Bring a problem and we'll show you how we'd scope, build, and secure the system around it.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is scoped in the first consultation and priced to the work: the size of the problem, the environment it runs in, the sustainment it needs. You'll know the number before we build.

The railroad didn't punish the towns that waited. It just passed them by.

The towns that boomed didn't invent the locomotive. They made sure the line ran through them. That's the work. We're the crew.
